They excel in advanced coolant technologies, offering critical solutions for heat management in industrial and commercial applications. With 12 blending capabilities and temperature-controlled storage, this acquisition completes our extensive product portfolio with a full line of industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids, providing immense value to our growing customer base. Strategically located in the Midwest, the new facility offers rail access enabling Kodiak to reach 60% of the U.S. and Canadian populations within a one-day drive.

Our production capabilities have soared to over 1.5 million gallons of finished metalworking and specialty process fluids, and we now have access to 50 temperature-controlled storage tanks with a total capacity of over 850,000 gallons.
